Ghazale Enterprises Inc. was
founded in 1991 by Mr. Hassan H. Ghazale to be a leading real estate development
company. It is registered in the commerce department under registration
number
13315. The end of the civil war in Lebanon brought construction into the
foreground as one of the country's main postwar objectives. Our company was
established with this idea in mind. Construction later proved to be the
fastest
growing sector in the Lebanese economy.

¤ The
Project ¤
The project is a complete
integrated housing development complex including all modern life style
facilities such as landscaping, a fully equipped health club, swimming pools,
tennis courts, children's playgrounds and others.

Location ¤
The project is
situated in Chtaura, the most centralized location on the main highway
connecting Beirut and Damascus. Chtaura is an area known to attract
many
visitors from the Arab world. The Chtaura/Jdita area is known and has
been historically famous for being a very healthy climate, prescribed by
doctors in Lebanon and the Middle East for people with asthma and other
respiratory diseases. In addition, Chtaura has, over the past decade,
become an important business and residential center for many Lebanese and
Arab
citizens. The reputation of this area stems from its proximity to major
cities
such as Beirut, Damascus and Zahle combined with its healthy, relaxed, and
residential environment. With the newly constructed Arab Highway, the drive
to
Beirut will be a mere 20-30 minutes. This in itself is a very important
reason
for people from Bekaa to prefer to live in their own area and commute to
Beirut, thus avoiding the harsh climate of the capital. Chtaura is the
area most preferred by returning immigrants to live upon their return to
their
country. The housing development area is located on a lot that is adjacent to
many famous places such as the five stars Park Hotel, the prestigious
L'Auberge
restaurant and casino, and our famous Ghazale Superstore, well known
nationwide. Approximately twenty major banks also have branches in the
immediate vicinity. The location has just recently been approved by the
zoning department for the highest percentage of building allowance, known as
Zone A-1, allowing 40% land use and 200% of building area which is the
highest
in the area and the most appealing for an investment. This can be translated
to
a ratio of 1 m2 of land giving the investor 3 m2 of building, which is the
highest ratio permitted by law in our county.
