Due to the delay of the zoning
department, no new construction was established in this area recently. With
the newly approved zoning, investment in the area has become increasingly
attractive. The Zone A-1 in our area consists of only about 40,000 m2
available for construction, over 50% of which belongs to our company.
This makes competition insignificant. In addition, the size of our lot allows
us to build with flexibility, thus satisfying all needs. The remaining Zone A-1
lots are small and poorly located.
Government policies are in our favor with no restrictions or problems present.
The market for the size of apartments intended in our project is growing, since
it targets professionals, Lebanese immigrants, and our Arab neighbors. Also
note that the area currently has no apartments available for sale or rent and
the demand is high.
We strongly believe that the feasibility and the economic
benefits of this project are attractive and promising. As mentioned above, we
have several factors that guarantee the success of our project:
